Before you ask

What exactly does the one-time licence cover?
The licence covers permanent use of the modules in your tier, for the stated number of users, including the first 12 months of updates. There is no recurring per-seat fee.
What happens after the first 12 months?
The system keeps running exactly as it is. An optional annual support and updates plan keeps you on the latest release with a support channel and priority fixes.
How long does implementation take?
A Core setup is typically live in two to three weeks. Growth takes four to six weeks, and Enterprise multi-site rollouts are scheduled around your month-end.
Can you migrate our existing data?
Yes. Product, customer, supplier and open-order data are mapped and imported before go-live. Migration is included with Enterprise and quoted separately for other tiers.
Where is it hosted?
We host it for you in UK data centres, or deploy to your own infrastructure if your policy requires it. Both options are supported on every tier.
